Our Operations in the time of COVID-19Crane products are exclusively produced in the Berkshires of Western Massachusetts and have been for 219 years. We are inextricably connected to the wellbeing of our community, and its wellbeing will always be our top priority. We have recently resumed operations after a prolonged closure. In order to continue to practice proper social distancing and adhere to our strict safety guidelines, we are currently working at a reduced capacity.
Some COVID-19 Related FAQsHas my order been affected? We are working to fulfill all orders we received during our closure, between March 18th and May 8th, as well as orders we continue to receive on an ongoing basis
Given that we are working at a reduced capacity, we anticipate processing times for most orders of approximately twice their standard length. Please refer to our Standard Order Processing Times below for a guide as to our current capabilities. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and patience during this period.
We know that many of you are facing disappointment as significant life events like weddings and graduations are being cancelled or postponed, and we're committed to helping our customers in those situations however we can. As such, we are partnering with another production facility to print orders for our Change the Date Cards and Digital Graduation Collection. Rest assured, these items are being printed with the highest quality papers and print quality standards they would be in our own factory. These orders are being processed in approximately 5-8 business days.
Can I still place an order? Yes, we encourage you to place orders on Crane.com during this time, knowing that your deliveries will be delayed.
What if I need to change something I’ve ordered? Our Customer Service team is operating remotely. Please have your original order number handy and email us at email@example.com if you need to make any adjustments to an order you’ve recently placed. Please note, our phone lines are not yet operational.
When will you charge my credit card? Our payment process is automated, and your credit card will be charged at the time of placing your order. We understand that with significant delays in processing times, things may change and you may wish to make changes to your order. Our Customer Service team will be happy to assist you with any adjustments.
Standard Order Processing TimesIf you place your order before 1 PM EST Monday to Friday (excluding holidays), we begin processing on the same day. If you place it after 2 PM ET, we begin processing the next business day. Depending on your purchased products, we process orders after credit card verification within the times below.
