Return Policy

Crane Stationery proudly stands behind our heritage of handcrafting fine stationery in the US for more than two centuries. We hope you found exactly what you were looking for, however all claims must be made within 30 days of receipt date for personalized and non-personalized products.

Please contact us at 1-800-268-2281 or email to customerservice@crane.com with reason of return. Customer service will be happy to help you resolve your claim. If applicable, a return authorization number and return address will be provided. Please keep a record of the return shipping receipt until your claim has been resolved. Shipping charges for the original order are not refunded

Personalized Product (stationery, invitations, journals, jotter holders, pens etc.)

  • These products cannot be returned for a refund unless there was an error on our part. If your order arrives with an error, we can reprint it at no charge if the mistake is ours, or process a refund upon return of product.
  • If the mistake was part of the originally submitted order, we can reprint a new order at a discounted rate that will be determined upon review of the error.

  • Before submitting your order, please proofread your online preview of personalized stationery thoroughly for spelling and grammar. Please be sure that all desired options are selected (including, but not limited to ink color, liner color and typestyles) before placing your order.
  • Non-personalized Product (pre-boxed stationery, journals, jotter holders, pens, etc.)

  • All returnable items must be in their original packaging, in resalable condition. Please include the original packing slip or copy of your emailed receipt
  • Upon receipt of the product in resalable condition, a refund for the value of the product will be issued to the same credit card used to place the order. You can expect to see it on the credit card statement in 7-14 business days

  • Exceptions to Return Policy:
  • We do not accept returns for items shipped internationally.
  • Clearance, sale and special offer items cannot be returned for a refund as these sales are final.
  • The credit card used to place the order will be the same credit card to which we apply adjustments
  • Shipping charges for the original order are not refunded
