Participation in the Honeymoon Dream Package Giveaway ('Giveaway' is limited to one entry per couple ('participants'. Eligibility is only open to Participants who: (a) are both over 21 years of age and legal residents of the contiguous Untied States, Alaska and Hawaii; except Rhode Island; and (b) were engaged as of February 1, 2005 and (c) become married between May 1, 2005 and March 15, 2006; and (d) are not employees, directors, officers, agents, contractors, or immediate family members of the Sponsors.

Participants must have internet access as of February 1, 2005.

Participants must show proof of wedding date. Participants may be required to provide Sponsors with other proof of eligibility. Sponsors are the sole and final determiners of eligibility. Failure to meet eligibility requirements will result in disqualification.

Participants may enter only once. Entry may be made by one of two methods, either: In-store by completing an Official Entry Form available at participating Crane & Co., Paper Makers stores; or On-line by visiting www.crane.com/ido and completing an online entry form. Proof of transmission is not proof of receipt.

All entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on March 5, 2005.

Crane's Wedding Invitations up to $1,000; Two round-trip tickets in Premier class from any AeroMexico gateway to the couples choice of their stay at Westin Regina Los Cabos or Westin Regina Cancun, which includes 6 nights ocean view accommodations, double occupancy, daily breakfast buffet or Room Service American Breakfast, one complimentary dinner for two at the resort, one welcome bottle of domestic wine, valid through May 31, 2006, holidays and other blackout periods apply. Must fly from an AeroMexico gateway which are from Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas/Ft. Worth, Houston, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Miami, New York, Ontario, Orlando, Phoenix, Salt Lake City, and San Diego. Winner is responsible to pay any travel expenses and taxes on airfare to get to an AeroMexico gateway. Flights and accommodations subject to availability.

Winning Participants ('winner') will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries. Drawing to be held by March 31, 2005. Winner may be required to verify eligibility. Failure to establish eligibility will result in disqualification. In the event of disqualification of a Winner, a new drawing will be made from the original pool of eligible entries within 10 days. Sponsors'determinations are final.

Odds of winning will vary depending on the number of eligible Participants. Purchase will not increase odds of winning.

Winner will be notified telephone, e-mail, or registered mail. If Sponsors are unable to contact Winner within 10 days, a new Winner will be drawn from the original pool of eligible entries. By acceptance of the Prize, Winner agrees to release Sponsors from liability for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages caused by or arising out of the Giveaway.

Crane' Wedding Invitations $1,000; Aeromexico airfare for two $2,000; Westin resort accommodations package $2,000. NO substitutions, transfers, assignments, or redemption for cash except at the sole discretion of Sponsors. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute entire Package or any part or element thereof with a prize of greater or comparable value.

Winners are responsible for all taxes. Winners will be provided with a 1099 Tax Form.

Sponsors are not responsible for lost, late, mutilated or illegible entries nor for electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions or limitations of any kind, or inaccurate transmissions of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsors or presenter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website in combination thereof. If for any reason the Internet portion of the program is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsors which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Giveaway, the Sponsors reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to modify or suspend the Giveaway. Sponsors are not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages caused by participation in the Giveaway. Except where prohibited, Participants' agree that any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event attorneys'fees.

Any person attempting to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway is in violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, Sponsors reserve the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent of the law.

Acceptance of prize constitutes consent to use Winner's name, likeness, biographical information for editorial, advertising, and publicity purposes except as limited or prohibited by law. Participants submitting multiple entries will be disqualified.

Submission of an entry in the Giveaway constitutes acceptance of all of the terms and conditions herein stated.

A list of Winners may be obtained after April 1 at www.crane.com or by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope (no postage required for Vermont residents) to Crane' Marketing Manager, 30 South Street, Dalton, MA 01226.
