The principal accountability for this position is the development and management of sales of Technical Papers and Nonwovens products. This position will provide customer technical service and oversee the overall customer service effort within this division.
The incumbent will work closely with customers to coordinate efforts in the development of new products and/or modifications of existing to meet the new needs of the customers. In addition, the incumbent will maintain internal contacts within QA to assist in determining the disposition of questionable papers, within manufacturing group for the purpose of improving paper specifications for performance, economy, or runability.
The Sales Manager will assist in development of strategies to retain/increase existing market share while meeting profit objectives and identifying new opportunities for new and existing grades within the market served.
