Crane, a premier manufacturer of fine stationery, currency and nonwoven papers, currently has an opening for a Corporate Recruiter, which will have the flexibility to work virtually, requiring 20 - 30% of the time spent in the Dalton or Boston, MA office or Nashua, NH office.
The Corporate Recruiter, under general guidance of the Vice President of Human Resources, is responsible for the full life-cycle recruiting process, advertising, travel destinations, that includes, but not limited to, sourcing, identifying, recruiting, screening and recommending candidates primarily for exempt and non-exempt, regular full-time positions.
The Recruiter will help guide hiring managers and candidates through the selection process, performing full lifecycle recruiting while maintaining excellent relations with hiring managers, candidates, and the community at-large. A wide degree of creativity, near- and long-term recruiting vision, business understanding, and personal organization is required. This position will partner with the Human Resource team and executive management to develop and execute staffing strategies, enhance the company's visibility/reputation in key recruiting channels, and establish Crane as an employer of choice in our markets.
