Holiday Shipping Information

  • Personalized Products: Due to the hand-crafted nature of our products, personalized stationery and personalized holiday card orders must be placed by December 7th at 8pm EST (December 4th for hand bordered designs) to ensure delivery prior to December 22nd.
  • Non-Stationery Gift Products: Orders must be placed by December 7th at 8pm EST to ensure delivery prior to December 22nd.
  • Boxed Stationery: Orders for all other stationery products must be received by December 14, 2017 at 12pm EST for delivery by Friday December 22, 2017.

Please note: UPS Ground Shipping times vary within the US from 2 to 6 days. Refer to the map below to see if you’ll require expedited shipping based on your location.

Processing Times

If you’re ordering from our selection of stationery products:

  • Boxed stationery orders process in 2-3 business days.
  • Personalized stationery orders generally process in 3-8 business days.
  • Personalized stationery orders with a hand border option require 14 business days to process.
  • Personalized stationery orders with gilt edges require 17-22 business days to process.

If you’re ordering from our selection of gifts & accessories:

  • Graphic Image personalized orders process in 7 business days.
  • Rag & Bone Bindery, Gallery Leather, and Sheaffer personalized orders process in 5-10 business days.
  • Rag & Bone Bindery non-personalized orders process in 3-5 business days.
  • All other gift & accessory orders will process in 6-7 business days.

International Orders

We gladly accept international orders via email - - please. At this time, we cannot ship orders placed online to addresses outside the continental U.S. and Canada.

If you'd like to place an order from abroad (or just need one to ship abroad) you'll need to email us this pertinent information:

  • Your billing address (Please do not include your credit card number in the email, we’ll ask for it later on the phone.)
  • Email address
  • Shipping address
  • Phone number for the delivery address (don’t forget the country code)
  • Item numbers
  • Quantity

After we’ve received these details, we’ll send you a quote via email. Shipping charges, order total, processing time, shipping time and order number will all be provided to you.

Reshipment of Orders

Before submitting your order, please confirm the shipping address you have entered is correct. This will save time with our carriers and keep you from attaining unnecessary reshipment costs.


Return Policy

Crane Stationery proudly stands behind our heritage or handcrafting fine stationery in the US for more than two centuries. We hope you found exactly what you were looking for, however all claims must be made within 30 days of receipt date for personalized and non-personalized products.

Please contact us at 1-800-268-2281 or email to with reason of return. Customer service will be happy to help you resolve your claim. If applicable, a return authorization number and return address will be provided. Please keep a record of the return shipping receipt until your claim has been resolved. Shipping charges for the original order are not refunded.

Personalized Product (stationery, invitations, journals, jotter holders, pens, etc.):

  • These products cannot be returned for a refund unless there was an error on our part. If your order arrives with an error, we can reprint it at no charge if the mistake is ours, or process a refund upon return of product.
  • If the mistake was part of the originally submitted order, we can reprint a new order at a discounted rate that will be determined upon review of the error.


  • Before submitting your order, please proofread your online preview of personalized stationery thoroughly for spelling and grammar. Please be sure that all desired options are selected (including, but not limited to ink color, liner color and typestyles) before placing your order.

Non-personalized Product (pre-boxed stationery, journals, jotter holders, pens, etc.):

  • All returnable items must be in their original packaging, in resalable condition. Please include the original packing slip or copy of your emailed receipt.
  • Upon receipt of the product in resalable condition, a refund for the value of the product will be issued to the same credit card used to place the order. You can expect to see it on the credit card statement in 7-14 business days.

Exceptions to Return Policy:

  • We do not accept returns for items shipped internationally.
  • Clearance, sale and special offer items cannot be returned for a refund as these sales are final.
  • The credit card used to place the order will be the same credit card to which we apply adjustments.
  • Shipping charges for the original order are not refunded.
