Processing Times

If you’re ordering from our selection of stationery products:

  • Boxed stationery orders process in 2-3 business days.
  • Personalized stationery orders generally process in 3-8 businness days.
  • Personalized stationery orders with a hand border option require 14 business days to process.
  • Personalized stationery orders with gilt edges require 17-22 business days to process.

If you’re ordering from our selection of gifts & accessories:

  • Graphic Image personalized orders process in 7 business days.
  • Rag & Bone Bindery, Gallery Leather, and Sheaffer personalized orders process in 5-10 business days.
  • Rag & Bone Bindery non-personalized orders process in 3-5 business days.
  • All other gift & accessory orders will process in 6-7 business days.

International Orders

We gladly accept international orders via email - customerservice@crane.com - please. At this time, we cannot ship orders placed online to addresses outside the continental U.S. and Canada.

If you'd like to place an order from abroad (or just need one to ship abroad) you'll need to email us this pertinent information:

  • Your billing address (Please do not include your credit card number in the email, we’ll ask for it later on the phone.)
  • Email address
  • Shipping address
  • Phone number for the delivery address (don’t forget the country code)
  • Item numbers
  • Quantity

After we’ve received these details, we’ll send you a quote via email. Shipping charges, order total, processing time, shipping time and order number will all be provided to you.

Once you have all the details, and our ready to move forward, call our customer service department at +1-413-684-7938 with your order number and one of our representatives will help you complete your purchase.

Please don’t forget duties and taxes -- if they’re imposed, they’ll be due when your order is delivered.

Reshipment of Orders

Before submitting your order, please confirm the shipping address you have entered is correct. This will save time with our carriers and keep you from attaining unnecessary reshipment costs.

Return Policies

We accept returns on non-personalized products up to 30 days from the delivery date. Please call us at 1-800-268-2281 or email us at customerservice@crane.com for a return authorization number and return address.

Please note:

  • Personalized products (stationery, invitations, journals, jotter holders, etc.) cannot be returned for a refund unless there was an error on our part. Please check your online preview thoroughly before placing your order, as we are not responsible for spelling, grammar or incorrect options you have selected. If your order does arrive with an error we can reprint it at no charge if the mistake is ours, or at a 50% discount if the mistake was part of the orginally submitted order.
  • All items must be in their original packaging, in resalable condition and include the original packing slip
  • Clearance, sale and special offer items cannot be returned for a refund, as these sales are final
  • Unless your order was defective or mis-shipped, you are responsible for return shipping and insurance (recommended)
  • Please keep the shipping receipt on hand until your credit is issued
  • Upon receipt of the product in resalable condition, a refund for the value of the product will be issued and you can expect to see it on your credit card statement in 7-14 business days
  • The credit card used to place the order will be the same credit card to which we apply adjustments
  • If you’re returning an order that was paid for with a gift certificate, the refund amount will be reissued to that gift certificate
  • Shipping charges for the original order are not refunded
