Recalling Invitations

Wedding invitations are recalled when a wedding needs to be postponed before a new wedding date has been set. Recalling invitations officially cancels them so new invitations must be issued to reinvite your guests once a new date has been set.

The recall notices and the new invitations should match the original invitations. The reason that the invitations are being recalled is usually mentioned. If there is not enough time to send recall notices, you may notify your guests by phone.
