Please note that we while we do accept international orders by phone and fax (numbers below), we cannot accommodate on-line orders shipping outside the continental US

When placing an international order, please provide the following information; billing address for the credit card (DO NOT include credit card number, this will be requested via phone), email address, shipping address, phone number for the delivery address including country code, item numbers and quantity.

Once we have received this information, we will obtain a quote for international shipping charges. We will email or call you within 48 hours with information regarding shipping charges, order total, processing time, shipping time and an order number.

To complete the order, call customer service at +1-413-684-7938 with the order number and a customer service representative will assist you in completing the purchase.

Please note: On orders shipped to destinations outside the US., duties and taxes, if imposed on your order are due at the time of delivery. These charges are not calculated during checkout and are not collected by Crane & Co. Please consult your local customs office for more information and details about duties and taxes. The customer is responsible for all duties and taxes on their order. Refused orders will be subject to a 15% restocking fee for items, plus return shipping to Crane & Co. Personalized items and clearance (sale) items are not returnable.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Shipping Policies

Most orders of non-personalized products ship within 48 hours on weekdays. Personalized product orders take 7-10 business days to process prior to shipping. Weekend orders are fulfilled on the following Monday or next business day in the event of a holiday.

Ground shipping from Crane.com’s fulfillment center in Massachusetts takes between 2 and 6 days.

RETURN POLICIES

We accept returns on non-personalized products up to 60 days from delivery date. Should you wish to return or exchange an item for any reason, please contact us at 1-800-527-2636. Customer Service will provide you a return address and return number. Items must be in original packaging, original boxes and have packing slips included for proper credit. Customers are responsible for return shipping and insurance on returns, except when defective or mis-shipped products are sent. We recommend you insure the package and keep the shipping receipt on hand until credit is issued. Refunds will be issued upon return of the product in good condition and should appear on your credit card statement within 7 to 14 days.

Personalized stationery, invitations and announcements cannot be returned for refund, except when due to production errors.

Please check your online preview for personalized stationery thoroughly before submitting your order. Your online proof is a highly accurate representation of the finished product you will receive and will not be edited or checked for accuracy prior to production. Make sure you proofread all text and that capitalization, punctuation, spelling and dates are as you wish. Crane.com is NOT responsible for errors of this nature.

In the unfortunate event that a typographic error occurs when you enter your text and makes it into a finished product, we will work with you to correct the mistake and reprint your order at a 50% discount. If an order were to contain an error or misprint caused by our staff, we will reprint it at no cost to you.

Returns on orders paid for with a gift certificate will be reissued to a gift certificate.

Clearance, sale and special items cannot be returned for a refund. These sales are final.

Adjustments must be made to the credit card that was used to make the purchase; we cannot make an adjustment to another credit card.

Personal Information

Crane.com may collect personal information that you provide to us for the purposes of facilitating transactions, account registration and to support your customer relationship with Crane.com. This information may include name, payment information, billing and shipping addresses, email, phone number and various customer preferences. Your personal information is for internal use only and will not be sold or shared outside of Crane & Co.

Transactional emails, those containing order confirmation information or shipping details which facilitate an agreed-upon transaction, will be sent at the completion of each purchase. You can not opt out of receiving these emails. Due to their transactional nature, these emails are exempt from most provisions of the CAN-SPAM Act.

Newsletter and promotional emails containing etiquette information, sales and promotional deals are sent to those individuals who have chosen to receive them by:

  1. indicating consent during the checkout process
  2. electing to receive promotional email in one’s account preferences

One may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time. Those with accounts on Crane.com may do so by editing account preferences to indicate that you do not wish to receive emails of this nature. Those who do not have accounts may do so by visiting the email subscription page and entering the email address which you wish to opt out of future mailings. Alternatively, there is an unsubscribe link at the bottom of every promotional email in accordance with the CAN-SPAM Act.

You may not opt out of the transactional order confirmation emails which are sent when you complete a purchase and those which send tracking information regarding a purchase.
