Return Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. Crane offers the finest quality stationery, papers and gifts. We want you to be satisfied with every item you purchase from Crane.com. We accept returns on non-personalized products up to 60 days from delivery date. If you should wish to return or exchange an item for any reason, please contact us at 1-800-527-2636, the Customer Service Staff will give you the address and a return number for your order or partial order. The item must be in its original packaging, in its original box and have the packing slip included for proper credit. The Customer is responsible for return shipping and insurance on returns, except when defective or mis-shipped products are sent. We recommend you insure the package and keep the shipping receipt on hand until credit is issued. Refunds will be issued upon return of the product in good condition and should appear on your credit card statement within 7 to 14 days.

Special exception for Personalized Stationery: Engraved, printed or personalized stationery, invitations, announcements cannot be returned for refund except for production errors. We encourage you to check your online preview thoroughly before submitting your personalized order. Remember to proofread all of your text, making sure everything is correct, such as spelling, time, date, and place. Crane.com is NOT responsible for these types of errors. In the unfortunate event an error in your wording does get printed, we will work with you to correct the mistake quickly and reprint your order at a 50% discount. If an order were to contain an error or misprint caused by our staff, we will happily reprint it at no cost to you.

Please Note: Returns paid for with a gift certificate will be reissued to a gift certificate.

Clearance, Sale and Specials cannot be returned for a refund. These sales are final.

Adjustments must be made to the credit card that was used to make the purchase; we cannot make an adjustment to another credit card.

Shipping

Our goal is to ship orders within 24 to 48 hours on weekdays. Weekend orders will be fulfilled on the following Monday. Personalized stationery orders will take 7 to 14 days to process. Ground shipping takes 2 to 6 days in the continental US to receive a package. Crane.com ships from Massachusetts.
